With over a decade of experience in higher education administration, I currently serve as a Postgraduate and Research Administrator at the University of Pretoria. In this role, I have developed deep expertise in postgraduate student administration, including admissions, registration, and student support. I am skilled in managing complex administrative processes, ensuring smooth interactions for both prospective and current students. My focus on exceptional client service, attention to detail, and proactive approach to problem-solving enables me to effectively anticipate and meet student needs.

Before transitioning into higher education, I gained more than 12 years of experience in call center and general management within the FMCG and pharmaceutical sectors, including as a Call Centre Supervisor at ABSA, where I improved team performance, fostered talent, and contributed to enhanced service delivery.

I hold a diploma from the University of South Africa (UNISA) and have completed training in Business Case Development. My technical proficiency with Excel and PeopleSoft, along with my understanding of financial and performance management systems, allows me to streamline operations and improve administrative efficiencies.
