Phethani Maanda

I am Phethani Wisdom Maanda, an Honours Computer Science student at the University of Pretoria. I completed my undergraduate studies in Computer Science and Computer Engineering at the University of Cape Town, where I gained hands-on experience in data analysis, networks and embedded systems. I have worked on projects involving Python scripting, Power BI reporting, Server management and AI-assisted automation. I enjoy problem solving and creative, practical applications of technology, having contributed to projects ranging from research focused embedded systems to network modernisation. My interests lie in data driven solutions, including Natural Language Processing and simply the analysis of unstructured data. Through my honours research and hopefully future master's work, I aim to use data to create meaningful impact while continuing to grow technically and professionally.
