Karabo Serothoane

I am an adventurous individual who grew up in Mamelodi, fueled by determination. Through my academic performance, I found my pathway into computer science. Today, my interests lie in data science, particularly its application in FinTech as well as machine learning and neural networks. Currently, I am pursuing a BSc Honours degree in Computer Science at the University of Pretoria, where I also completed my undergraduate studies. I possess a naturally curious mind and enjoy engaging with knowledge in more ways than one. As a young black woman in a field where representation remains limited, I am deeply passionate about contributing to greater inclusivity while building technology that is both impactful and relevant to real-world challenges.
