Candice Nleya

I am a postgraduate student in Public Management and Policy with a strong passion for student development, academic excellence, and research within higher education. I hold an Honours degree in Public Management and Administration and am currently completing my Master's at the University of Pretoria. My academic journey has been defined by consistent high performance and a commitment to meaningful, student-centred learning. I have experience facilitating and tutoring students at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, where I focus on fostering critical thinking, engagement, and strong academic outcomes. Alongside teaching, I have a growing research interest in public management and governance, with previous work examining co-production as a mechanism for addressing complex social challenges. I am motivated by opportunities that allow me to support student success while contributing to research-informed teaching and academic excellence.
